St. Elizabeth’s Adult Day Care Center is the oldest non-profit of its kind in St. Louis. Since 1981, we have been helping families bridge the care gap for caregivers so they can work, run errands, or get a break during the weekdays. Our five nurse managed centers provide protective oversight to adults 18 years and older. Fellowship, activities, fresh-made meals, exercise, outings help enrich the lives of the participant.

Serving Missouri since 1981—The mission of St. Elizabeth’s Adult Day Care Center is to provide a safe, comfortable, wholesome and stimulating environment for aging and persons with special needs. We will accomplish this by operating as a Christian institution and by recognizing that each person, staff and participant is to be respected, loved and cared for as a child of God. We will serve participants in conjunction with their family by respecting the dignity of each person, fostering a Christian concern for one another, and developing or maintaining the capabilities of each person.
